Who freaking cares! =D
Because I've just read the saddest story in my whole entire density 0.917 g/cm³ life. Fanfiction, as usual, but...sigh. Perhaps the characters may be a little OOC, but still...
Robyn, if you like DMHG, you'll definitely love this Tom/Hermione fic. http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2219937/1/
I've just realized that Tom Marvelo Riddle's initials spell TMR. Tomorrow.
Ah, I'm nutters. Must be the early morning/late night effect.
I'm going to dream of green light tonight. =]
To passer-by...thanks. (:

chins =\
I refused to play soccer today, as usual, because I can. I just hope they won't view me as some spoilt brat, when I'm not. =P Okay, maybe I'm a little spoilt when it comes to having my way-
because I tend to get a little pissed if I don't get my way, I just don't show it. Much.
There's spoilt for you.
Piano today was okay. Fur elise is kinda fun to play, once you gotten past and over the hard parts. Only that stupid czerny thing - I practised it so hard, for HOURS straight, but once I played in front of teacher I suddenly forgot all my notes and she accused me of not practising?! Where's the justice in that?!
I'm so easily stressed. ):
sought the kitten and found the skateboard. =/
Not that I'm complaining. =D
Oh, what IS it with my excessive use of smiley faces. =
You know, I find it ironic that they call them smiley faces. Not all of them smile. But I'm being pointless here.
That dragon show they air on tv every weekday at 7pm; the plot is kinda cliched. And lame. They did not do justice to Christopher Lee. But at least he's not acting that usual dumb hero character.
I wonder how many chins this one has:
:DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
Count em slowly.

She never ever feel rejected
Little Miss apprehensive
Said ooh, she fell in love
What is the feeling taking over
Thinking no one could open the door
Surprise, it’s time
To feel what’s real
What happened to Miss Independence
No longer need to be defensive
Goodbye, old you
When love, is true

To all of you people out there who despise the homos because they're "unnatural", shame on you. The homos could easily lash out and say that us straight people are the unnatural ones.
PROTECT THE DESPISED
I mean, sure, it's a little gross and all to see people of the same sex making out, but there's nothing wrong with that, come to think of it.
Last year, I would have blanched at the mere thought of homosexuality, but the recent events (I'm not making a dig at anyone) made me realize that homos are just like us.
Oh, and another quote from someone whom I've forgotten: We're all in this together. You can't just stop the greenhouse and get off.
What lies beyond the universe?

You know, I was thinking, if a guy read the sentences above, he would probably be thinking...

I picked up some historical reading since yesterday. Flower of Scotland and that other story are really nice. The latter is the regency story I was talking about earlier (are ALL regency era men handsome or something?!) and it's finished, though a sequel is coming up. I'm reading it anyway because the author's a kickass writer. =D
And, oh, Flower of Scotland is the best historical fic I've read so far, apart from The Witch of Blackbird Pond! It's just brilliant.
But I figured that it'd be boring to here me rant about my favourite historical fiction stories.
Well, I've learnt one thing. Ladies and gentlemen from the regency era and beyond go at it like rabbits. And hamsters. ;-_-
I'm not looking forward to term 4 because I've resolved to study harder during term 4. Gosh, secondary one life does shake one up. I'd rather be back in good ol' primary six when I was young and innocent and carefree. sob.
I've got my maths scenario to do now, and afterwards some studying for geog. (gawd, who came up with those math scenario things?)

...
I envy the historical-fic writers. They must be really well-read as to where history is concerned.
You know, Singapore's history isn't the most interesting thing in the world. I'd rather learn about the history of other countries, like Scotland, Switzerland, Greece, America - Connecticut, France, Italy, Spain, Mexico, England etc. So much more appealing.
I have a bad memory.

suspended between primary school and secondary school
I used to belong to primary school, but we're now so distant and different that it's like trying to fix a jigsaw puzzle with circular pieces when we mingle. Always some space in between, no matter how close we get. Unfortunately. It's inevitable.
And secondary school, well, I've more or less settled in and I like it here, though there's something missing.
I'm a circular jigsaw puzzle piece, unable to fit in.
The wiser, philosopher-esque me would tell me to alter my shape so I'll fit.
The 12/13 year old me just distances herself.
I'm so sorry, Saranya. I promised to turn up yesterday but didn't because I fell asleep while taking a short rest. That seems to happen a lot these days.
Ugh. I hate myself for being so pathetically angsty, but I can't help it; angst just doesn't suit me.
Er...heh. I'm not making a dig at you, Robyn...angst sort of suits you, and while that's not a compliment, it's not an insult either. ;-_-

But I'm getting into 2Faith next year and I don't freaking care. I'm not, repeat, not go to 2Truth. The 2T classroom is horrible. Not that 2F is any better, but Faith sounds nicer than Truth. Petty, I know, but 2Faith is the better class and I'm going there next year.
Let's plan out my future.
In term 4, I will get at least an A2 for English, Lit, Maths, Science, History and hopefully Geography. At least a B3 for Chinese. MEP...well, B4's the limit and I'll cross the line there. =
As for art...well, ditto - B4.
With grades like these, I'll almost certainly get above 70%. I DRAW THE LINE AT 70%.
I guess that means I'll be back to the no-computer-from-monday-to-thursday-unless-absolutely-essential rule, after the holidays. And extensive studying for my geography test which takes place on the first Tuesday after the holidays. And really, really serious work on that dumb Maths scenario -- please, do I look like a pilot wannabe?
But that's what I HAVE to do if I'm going to hit an A2 in most of my subjects. Grr.
I have absolutely nothing -except my English- to be proud of in this term's PPR. Pardon the boastfulness but I'm a little ecstatic that I've topped the class in English for the first time... Though my ecstasy was crushed by that horrible 69.7% I got for my PPR.
There really is no point being upset.
I don't believe in minus zeros. Thus I'm convinced that once I'm all the way down, the only way to go is ^^up^^.
^_^
I seriously need an imaginary friend.

Yesterday, when I returned to ZPS, there were a bunch of sec two guys there - Chinese High, Raffles, Maris Stella (the Marists. LOL. can you believe that they call themselves that?) and some other schools.
And like, practically all the guys were wearing the same type of shoes. With ankle socks, duh, but that I won't go into detail. I have no idea what you call these shoes, e.g. turf shoes or blah, but they were sport shoes, anyway. And it's like, all the guys were carbon copies of each other in the sense that they all wore the same type of shoe!!! It was so frustrating.
Hmph. It was so uniform, so carbon copy-esque, so BAD. Well, having to wear uniforms such that we all look the same are baaaaaaaaaaad enough, but to add on to the same-ness by all wearing the same type of shoes, what? Are yall trying to make up for not having a twin/triplets/quadruplets?
PSH. That's called blindly following trends. =
Oh, and Robyn and Saranya and Paula, one of these sec two guys was a certain idiot whom:
- Paula once had a crush on.
- Who once was our neighbour.
- Who used to be my TOTAL ARCH ENEMY but we're on basic, courteous and more or less civil terms now.
- Who moved away to Clementi because "NUS is nearby so we'll benefit in the long run".
- Who obviously aims to go to NUS.
I don't have anything against NUS, but too many people go there. It's so...local. As Robyn would say, commercialized. I'll probably go to NUS anyway, but if I had a chance, I'd go to a university overseas, maybe to take up professional writing. But that's years away. =P
